Happy Monday everyone! We've got a busy week ahead. We launched our Plant and Animal PBL unit. Last week, we kicked it off by taking a walk across the street at Rock Mill Park and exploring the plants and animals right in our backyard. We also set-up a cool experiment with white carnations by placing them in water with food dye. Be sure to ask your child what happened and why. This week we continue operating on a slightly different schedule due to Milestones. I will be busy finishing up BAS testing which tests all the students reading level. I will notify you of your child's reading level soon. I have been blown away by their reading growth! I will also try to begin sending book bags again next week after BAS testing is completed. Be sure to read below for some important reminders and upcoming events that you'll want to add to your calendar!
